Client Use: Following cleansing, pat skin dry and pour Active Rx Toner on gauze or cotton pad and smooth into face and neck. Let absorb into skin before applying protective creme.
Professional Use: After cleansing, apply toner with cotton pad to remove residue from cleanser, makeup, hard water and to maintain optimum pH levels.
• Sodium PCA is a powerful humectant that holds 7 times its weight in water. It moisturizes and hydrates by binding water to skin cells.
• An excellent follow up toner to the Age Refining Cleanser to remove excess build up and balance the pH of the skin.
